Submission Guidelines

Below are the few steps which an author/s need to have a thorough check before submission:
1. Plagiarism Check – Check your article carefully, for plagiarism content, because the article will be sent back to respective authors for rewriting (or) the article will NOT be considered for further processing; if AJAE editorial office finds any plagiarized content (apart from self-plagiarized content- content used from the already published article written by the same author/s, this also will be accepted only up to 20%).

2.Body of the Manuscript– All the manuscripts must and should have a Title; Keywords; Abstract; Introduction; References and rest part of the article differs based on the type of article.

For Example: 

Research article: Title; Keywords; Abstract; Introduction; Materials and Methods; Results; Statistical Analysis; Discussion; Conclusion; Acknowledgement; References

Case Report: Title; Keywords; Abstract; Introduction; Case Study; Results; Discussion; Conclusion; Acknowledgement; References

Note: Title; Keywords; Abstract are the key elements that ensures readers, to find your article through online search engines such as Google.
In this way for each type of article, it differs accordingly.

3.Author guidelines: Detailed information is provided in the Author Guidelines page, where the author can format his/her manuscript accordingly, following the guidelines which are mentioned in a detailed format.

Peer Review Process: AJAE follows Double Blind Peer Review Process where the details of author will not be disclosed to the editor/reviewer and vice versa. To make the review in an unbiased manner we have opted to Double Blind Review Process.

4.Before submission please fill the cover letter by downloading it from the below linkCover Letterlink: click here to download the Cover Letter.
Submission:You may submit your article to editor@ajaeonline.com  or   through Online Submission System. 

5.If the file is too large to submit(in the terms of MB/GB/TB), we accept it through Google drive, One-drive, Dropbox and should be submitted to editor@ajaeonline.com and also inform us through an email regarding the submission to editor@ajaeonline.com

 

Note: Your submission will NOT be considered until and unless you submit the cover letter along with the article. For any queries you can contact to editor@ajaeonline.com, where you will receive the response within 24-48 business hours.
